Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UTP15 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UTP15 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher UTP15 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UTP15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, GBM, and SKCM are the cancer types where UTP15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
