Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,450 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSH3, CWC27, and DDX20. Each is linked with UTP15 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP15-to-partner and partner-to-UTP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP15 versus MSH3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
