Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,012 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNO1, ARHGEF6, and WDR43. Each is linked with UTP15 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP15-to-partner and partner-to-UTP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP15 versus PNO1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
