Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,003 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP308, RN7SL447P, and MYF5. Each is linked with UTP15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP15-to-partner and partner-to-UTP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP308 grouped by UTP15-low versus UTP15-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
