UTP15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UTP15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,052 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UTP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTREX, IPO11, and GTF2H2C. Each is linked with UTP15 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP15-to-partner and partner-to-UTP15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP15 versus MTREX in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
