Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UTP14A mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UTP14A data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher UTP14A mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UTP14A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and LSCC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, LUAD, and COAD are the cancer types where UTP14A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
