Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP14A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,876 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP14A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THOC6, NKRF, and THOC1. Each is linked with UTP14A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP14A-to-partner and partner-to-UTP14A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UTP14A versus THOC6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP14A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP14A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
