Across TCGA patient cohorts, UTP14A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP14A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, c-Kit, and FoxM1. Each is linked with UTP14A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP14A-to-partner and partner-to-UTP14A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by UTP14A-low versus UTP14A-high in UCEC.
