Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, UTP14A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 220 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UTP14A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALP, MS4A6E, and C16orf82. Each is linked with UTP14A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UTP14A-to-partner and partner-to-UTP14A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALP grouped by UTP14A-low versus UTP14A-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UTP14A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UTP14A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
