USPL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,970 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USPL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMGB1, ARHGEF7, and ZMYM2. Each is linked with USPL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USPL1-to-partner and partner-to-USPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USPL1 versus HMGB1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
