Across TCGA patient cohorts, USPL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,103 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SALL4, CHRDL1, and VIPR2. Each is linked with USPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USPL1-to-partner and partner-to-USPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USPL1 versus SALL4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.88.
