Across TCGA patient cohorts, USPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,989 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATF4, PHBP7, and CYP4F36P. Each is linked with USPL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USPL1-to-partner and partner-to-USPL1 results are reported.
