Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, GAPDH, and MSH2. Each is linked with USPL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USPL1-to-partner and partner-to-USPL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by USPL1-low versus USPL1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
