Across TCGA cell cohorts, USPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCRL4, GSTA3, and PRSS48. Each is linked with USPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USPL1-to-partner and partner-to-USPL1 results are reported.
