Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP9YP36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP9YP36-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFI6, IGFBP7, and SYAP1. Each is linked with USP9YP36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP9YP36-to-partner and partner-to-USP9YP36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFI6 grouped by USP9YP36-low versus USP9YP36-high in SKCM.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP9YP36→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP9YP36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
