Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, USP9YP34 RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated USP9YP34 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher USP9YP34 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP9YP34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
ESCA, STAD, and SARC are the cancer types where USP9YP34 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
