Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP9YP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,405 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP9YP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC136, CMYA5, and ZNF197. Each is linked with USP9YP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP9YP2-to-partner and partner-to-USP9YP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC136 grouped by USP9YP2-low versus USP9YP2-high in OV.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP9YP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP9YP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
