Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, USP9YP16 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated USP9YP16 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher USP9YP16 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP9YP16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and STAD are the cancer types where USP9YP16 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
