Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP9YP15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 296 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP9YP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADNP2, ARHGEF37, and CAPZA2. Each is linked with USP9YP15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP9YP15-to-partner and partner-to-USP9YP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADNP2 grouped by USP9YP15-low versus USP9YP15-high in KIRC.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP9YP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP9YP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
