Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, USP9YP12 RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated USP9YP12 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher USP9YP12 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP9YP12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.
UCEC, STAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where USP9YP12 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
