Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP53 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,975 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP53-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC150, NUF2, and SKA1. Each is linked with USP53 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP53-to-partner and partner-to-USP53 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP53 versus CCDC150 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP53→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
