Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP53 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,996 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP53-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of endothelial intestinal barrier, Adherens junction maintenance, and Protein modification by small protein removal. Each is linked with USP53 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP53-to-partner and partner-to-USP53 results are reported.
