Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP53 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 126 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP53-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAAR2, TAAR6, and KLF18. Each is linked with USP53 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP53-to-partner and partner-to-USP53 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAAR2 grouped by USP53-low versus USP53-high in STOMACH.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP53→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
