The most reproducible USP50-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNP1, USP17L20, and TMEM114. Each is linked with USP50 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP50-to-partner and partner-to-USP50 results are reported.
