Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,038 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-22P, NPC1, and TYW3. Each is linked with USP5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP5-to-partner and partner-to-USP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-22P grouped by USP5-low versus USP5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
