USP49

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP49 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,328 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP49-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNL1, RXRB, and MDC1. Each is linked with USP49 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP49-to-partner and partner-to-USP49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP49 versus GNL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP49→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
