Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP49 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,027 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP49-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic. Each is linked with USP49 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP49-to-partner and partner-to-USP49 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II grouped by USP49-low versus USP49-high in OESOPHAGUS.
