Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP48 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,301 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP48-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPA1, PPP1R8, and RCC2. Each is linked with USP48 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP48-to-partner and partner-to-USP48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP48 versus RPA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
