USP48

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP48 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,657 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP48-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule organizing center organization, Centrosome cycle, and Regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body. Each is linked with USP48 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP48-to-partner and partner-to-USP48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Microtubule organizing center organization grouped by USP48-low versus USP48-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP48→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
