USP48

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP48 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP48-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADIPOQ, OR2H1, and MMP27. Each is linked with USP48 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP48-to-partner and partner-to-USP48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADIPOQ grouped by USP48-low versus USP48-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP48→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
