Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,230 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP47-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C11orf58, TSG101, and PSTPIP1. Each is linked with USP47 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP47-to-partner and partner-to-USP47 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP47 versus C11orf58 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP47→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
