USP47

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP47 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,314 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP47-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC7, CDK11B, and RIC8A. Each is linked with USP47 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP47-to-partner and partner-to-USP47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC7 grouped by USP47-low versus USP47-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP47→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
