Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,136 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP47-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere tethering at nuclear periphery, Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with USP47 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP47-to-partner and partner-to-USP47 results are reported.
