USP42

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP42 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,684 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP42-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPO, DBF4, and AIMP2. Each is linked with USP42 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP42-to-partner and partner-to-USP42 results are reported.
