Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP42 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP42-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 4E-BP1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with USP42 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP42-to-partner and partner-to-USP42 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by USP42-low versus USP42-high in UCEC.
