USP40

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,962 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP40-associated genes across cancer lineages are BECN1, PRRC2B, and TRIP12. Each is linked with USP40 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP40-to-partner and partner-to-USP40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP40 versus BECN1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP40→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
