USP40

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,648 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP40-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DIS3L2, UBE2J1, and SPCS3. Each is linked with USP40 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP40-to-partner and partner-to-USP40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP40 versus DIS3L2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP40→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
