Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP40 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,350 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP40-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF5A, CDKN3, and VRK1. Each is linked with USP40 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP40-to-partner and partner-to-USP40 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHF5A grouped by USP40-low versus USP40-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP40→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
