Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP40 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP40-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, PDCD4, and ATM. Each is linked with USP40 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP40-to-partner and partner-to-USP40 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by USP40-low versus USP40-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP40→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
