USP40

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP40 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP40-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIS18A, FAM47A, and FOXR2. Each is linked with USP40 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP40-to-partner and partner-to-USP40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIS18A grouped by USP40-low versus USP40-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP40→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
