Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,083 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RGS10, GPX1, and LMNB2. Each is linked with USP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP4-to-partner and partner-to-USP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP4 versus RGS10 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
