Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,954 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX264, KLHL18, and APEH. Each is linked with USP4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP4-to-partner and partner-to-USP4 results are reported.
