Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, mTOR_pS2448, and ATM. Each is linked with USP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP4-to-partner and partner-to-USP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by USP4-low versus USP4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
