Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,937 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of pinocytosis, Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, and Regulation of Wnt protein secretion. Each is linked with USP4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP4-to-partner and partner-to-USP4 results are reported.
