Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRHR, LRIT1, and TACR3. Each is linked with USP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP4-to-partner and partner-to-USP4 results are reported.
