USP39

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP39 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 976 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP39-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALYREF, THSD4, and LINC01288. Each is linked with USP39 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP39-to-partner and partner-to-USP39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ALYREF grouped by USP39-low versus USP39-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP39→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
