Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP39 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP39-associated genes across cancer lineages are p70-S6K, 4E-BP1, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with USP39 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP39-to-partner and partner-to-USP39 results are reported.
