USP38

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,081 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP38-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFIP1, ARHGEF12_S22, and TMEM184C. Each is linked with USP38 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP38-to-partner and partner-to-USP38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP38 versus ARFIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP38→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
