The most reproducible USP38-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC2, CCNY, and C12orf45. Each is linked with USP38 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP38-to-partner and partner-to-USP38 results are reported.
