Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP38 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP38-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE12G, SPACA1, and AVP. Each is linked with USP38 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP38-to-partner and partner-to-USP38 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE12G grouped by USP38-low versus USP38-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP38→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
